..gaaah, it's been two months since I last submitted something here, eep. x_x; Ah, well.
Advent Children fanart, since the movie kicked ass and I love this pairing so much. x3 Please pardon the half-assed background(again), and Reno's dainty hands.
YES! Someone else who likes this pairing and actually draws them!
You've got no idea how hard it is to actually find GOOD art of them...
I love you. XD <3

I'm jealous of your ability to draw hands (even if they're rather dainty in this case). I love the pose, and Reno's cheeky expression. And Rude's profile (and earrings! <3). Very nicely done.
It may just be me, but I can't decide whether I like the soft shading on Reno's face with the hard, clean shading of the rest of the picture. The whole thing seems so...neatly cut in comparison (teeoh's excellent explanations strike again!).
Then again, I imagine it with the cell shading everything else has and it seems weird. So I suppose you can disregard that if you wish.
Also, perhap's Reno's left arm (on our right) could be bent back a little more. Unless it's a case of perspective and I'm seeing it wrong.
But...I can't get over the omgwtfRude/Reno-ness. <3 Damn Advent Children for resparking (well...more like setting ablaze) that tiny, tiny part of me that, when playing FF7, saw Reno and Rude and went "I wonder...."
xDDD;;; Well, it seems to me that you've gotten plenty of "OMGWTFBBQ~ IT'SRENOxRUDEOMG*brainmeltjoygasm*" comments, soooo~
This is a lovely piece - sexy men in sexy poses aside. x3 I have to agree with teeoh that the soft shading on the right side of Reno's face is a bit...odd looking, compared to the rest of the picture. But I do so love the way to portrayed them both. ^_^ It's really hard to find artists now-a-days that can draw the two of them (lord knows ~I~ can't...c_c, and make it look GOOD.
This, however, doesn't look good.
It's fuckin' AWESOME. <3 Great job, darling. ^^ I'd love to see some more art of one of (or both of) these fellows soon. ^_^
